Hello Brooklyn Business Base!

We're growing rapidly since joining Meetup.com. To help give every member even more great networking opportunities, Brooklyn Business Base is adding new events!

Beginning in February, our Business Exchange Networking Breakfasts will meet twice a month, on the second and fourth Wednesdays. We are also adding an Open Networking Evening meetup on the third Tuesday of every month. The next one will be Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 6:00 PM. ( For more details, see http://smallbiz.meetup.com/707/calendar/7248614/ ) The focus of all Brooklyn Business Base events will be on building relationships.

Along with new events, we are adding some membership requirements to ensure that Brooklyn Business Base truly benefits members by helping you learn to network more effectively and use your networks to build a lead exchange and referral program. The new requirements are:

• You must not miss more than two breakfast meetings in a row to remain a member (does not apply to Open Networking Evenings)
  
• You must bring at least two guests in every 6-month period

We are confident that these small requirements will help make Brooklyn Business Base membership an even more valuable resource for you.
