Wednesday Mornings from 8:00–10:00am. Practical Tips & Techniques for Telephone Sales
The telephone is often the first line of defense/attack in sales. We use it for appointment setting, surveys and follow up. Many times we complete the entire sales cycle, including the presentation over the telephone.
This program will include specific techniques for successful phone sales including: voice mail, reaching the decision maker, listening and asking effective questions.
This will be a 2-way discussion of what you need to be prepared for to get ready and succeed.
Once people register for this event they will be able to post questions to the Box of Rain web site to be discussed at the event.
